When we recieved a request from you through internet we will inform you about the availability of your requests.
Requests and inquires will be answered within 24 hours.
To achieve the reservation, Please send us the mail order form which has been filled by you.
If you would like to recieve documents by fax please inform us.
Advance payment must be paid as %50 of total amount by mail order form on reservation.
* We accept Visa & Master Card.
Upon the achieving the advance payment we will send you payment voucher and information by e-mail.
( Tour voucher contents tour name, date and price with guest names. )
Tour customers must come to OVERSEAS TOURISM office until a day before tour departure date untill 16:00.
Tour schedule, flight tickets or bus tickets and tour voucher will be given to you upon the balance payment (%50 of total amount).
Please inform us that If you would not come to our office on the day before tour departure by 16:00
we will flex the situations for you.

If you would like to participate to Hot Air Balloon Flights in Cappadocia, please pay as cash to recieve refund quicker in case of cancellations.
If Hot Air Balloon flights are cancelled due to weather condition we will refund payment.
