It is not required but if you feel you had a warm and special service you can give tip to drivers or guides.
Acceptable tip rates;
* For tour guide 5 € – 10 €
* For drivers 3 € – 5 €

Remarks & Notes

* Tour schedule visit points and hotel accommodations might be changed according to your requests.
* Turkish Airlines or Atlas Jet flights are preferred for the tour transportations.
* Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale tours are operated as group, a tour group is maximum 15 participants.
* Pick up times are changed depends on accomodation location of guests
* Check-in should be done by guests at the airport.
* Arrivals and meeting at the airport in arrival terminal with a sign bearing your name.
* Transfers will be accompanied by transfermen, not by tour guides.
* Hotel check-in and check-out will be done by your own.
* Balloon flight is approximately 1 hour and furing balloon flight, no guide accompany.
* Champaigne celebration and participation certificate after balloon flight.
* Tour visit points order might be changed due to weather and road, etc conditions with guides decision.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee is as following after booking;
* 50% of total amount up to 4 days before tour departure.
* 80% of total amount between 3 and 2 days before tour departure.
* No refund in case of cancellation 1 days before tour depart.
